OpenOvation began as Breaking Barriers: Open Innovation Insights — a place to spark unconventional thinking and reframe how we approach complex challenges. Over time it has grown into something broader: a platform where innovation, enterprise transformation, and responsible AI meet the realities of regulated industries and the questions that matter most to the people building inside them.

At its heart, OpenOvation explores how agentic AI, governance, and enterprise strategy are reshaping how modern organizations move — particularly in life sciences and other regulated fields where the pace of innovation is inseparable from the rigor of compliance, safety, and trust. The work draws on decades of hands-on experience across product, transformation, M&A, and operations, and on ongoing teaching and mentoring of leaders navigating the same terrain.

OpenOvation is rooted in a deep respect for human ingenuity and compassion.
